“The current emphasis stresses the need for collaboration, partnering with other organizations within states and regions to do better and more comprehensive recruitment and retention. 3RNET is a remarkable organization in that it really fosters collaboration among people representing different regions of the country, different types of organizations, and different kinds of state and federal agencies. It will continue to serve rural and underserved America by enhancing access to quality health care for those who have not had much or any access at all.” - Tim Skinner - 3RNET Executive Director from 2005 - 2012
