Pay Range:Level 1: New Therapist with limited experience with Agency Affiliated Counselor Licensure $65,500 - $72,500Level 2: 2 plus years’ experience with Associate Licensure or Agency Affiliated Counselor Licensure $72,500 - $80,500Level 3: 3 plus years’ experience with Full Independent Licensure $82,000 - $87,000
