J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center (JCLPHCC) is a private non-profit organization located in Savannah, GA. The center was founded in 1999 by the leadership of Union Mission, Inc. to provide primary health care services for homeless individuals. In January 2011, JCLPHCC became an independent organization with a mission to provide affordable health care for all.
