The Behavioral Health Specialist completes assessments/evaluations, develops, and implements treatment goals, facilitates referrals/resources both internally within the Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) continuum and throughout the community and provides therapeutic interventions to address patient's mental health needs.

Weekdays (8-5)
