RKM Primary Care Springfield opened its doors September 2, 2015 becoming the ninth federally-qualified health center under the Primary Care Providers for a Healthy Feliciana, Inc. umbrella. The nurse practitioners and staff provide primary care, behavioral health and dental services from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are encouraged to reduce wait time, but walk-ins are welcome. The clinic accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurances. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on income level and family size and accept major credit cards or cash as payment.
