Broken Bow is a community of 3,500 and serves as a regional hub for services and retail. It is located on Highway 2 in west central Nebraska, 300 miles east of Denver, CO, 210 miles west of Omaha, NE, and 45 miles north of Lexington, NE.

The area continues to enjoy an upward trend in its economy. The town has a progressive attitude with a friendly, family-oriented warmth to it. The public schools are excellent and there are many opportunities for youth. Mid Plains Community College provides many opportunities in academics as well as CME offerings through distance learning.

Area lakes provide an abundance of outdoor recreation, and the area is known for its premier hunting and fishing. The city touts its numerous parks, a 9-hole golf course and numerous dining and shopping options. With a variety of community events, friendly and caring people, and beautiful scenery, Broken Bow is hard to beat.
