This position is for a board eligible or board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who will split time between the Westport, and Saranac Lake, NY Community-Based Outpatient Clinics for the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center. You will function as an integral member of the Patient-Aligned Care Team and will be expected to work closely with team members, including nursing and administrative staff, in the coordination of patient care.
