Sedgwick County is comprised of 3 towns; Julesburg, Ovid and Sedgwick. We are located directly off I-76 with Denver to our west (2.5 hour drive). The community is tightly-knit and active. Cost of living is affordable and crime is very low. We do not know what traffic is! Brand new K-12 school located in Julesburg, Revere School located in Ovid has a 4 day school week. Sedgwick County is home to the oldest drag strip in the country, (Julesburg Drag Strip) that attracts racers from multiple states throughout the US. 15 minute drive to Jumbo Reservoir which boasts camping, swimming, boating, fishing and hunting. Close to Lake McConaughy in Ogallala, NE which is NE's largest lake.
