We are looking for a mission driven Value Based Care Supervisor to join our team!

The Value Based Care Supervisor is accountable for data collection and extraction of medical records for HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures, projects, and supplemental data collection. The primary focus of the VBC Chart Auditor is closing HEDIS measures via manual chart reviews. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing patient files, abstracting the relevant information from them, entering those details into the appropriate database/system, and providing weekly HEDIS measure progress updates. The VBC Chart Auditor will also be a liaison between OneWorld patients/staff and outside agencies.

This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma required; Medical Assistant Certification required.
  2. Basic Medical Knowledge required.
  3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  4. Three or more years of experience in a clinical, acute care, community setting, or managed care area required.
  5. One or more years of experience with HEDIS chart audits required.
  6. Knowledge of managed care preferred.
  7. Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPC, DRG, revenue codes preferred.
  8. Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required.
  9. Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) required.
  10. Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
  11. Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to OneWorld patients and staff.
  12. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
