We are looking for a mission driven Dental Customer Service Phones Representative to join our team! 

Dental Customer Service Phones Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt and professional customer service to patients by answering the telephone, gathering information and correctly routing calls. This employee must accurately schedule appointments and enter insurance information into the database. They must also collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality service and accurate patient processing.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
  2. One year or more of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  3. One year or more of experience with data entry preferred.
  4. Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  5. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office required. Experience with an electronic medical record, such as NextGen or Dentrix, preferred.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  7. Must possess strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.
  8. Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate filing system for the retrieval of needed information.
  9. Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to providers, patients, and representative of third-party payers and the ability to work as a "team" member of the medical office staff.
